These terms are an agreement between you and Fred Jones Global LLC ("we", "us"), which operates this website and the Kings With Rings masterclass "Get in Position, Queen". By using this site or registering, you agree to these terms.

The service

We provide one live masterclass on Zoom, including live teaching and Q&A, on the date shown on our home page. Your registration gives you a personal, non transferable right to attend. There is no replay or recording for attendees.

Your account details

You agree to give accurate information when you register, keep your Zoom access link private, and not let anyone else attend using your registration. If you register for an organization, you confirm you have authority to do so; if as an individual, that you are of legal age.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site or the class, including: using it unlawfully, fraud or spam, infringing anyone's intellectual property, or interfering with security (for example malware, probing, or scraping). You must not record, livestream, copy, resell, or redistribute the class or its materials without our written permission.

Intellectual property

We, or our licensors, own the site, the class, its presentation, slides, handouts, recordings, and the Kings With Rings branding. You may take notes for personal use. General ideas you learn are yours to use.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Your payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Payment, billing, tax, and refund mechanics are described in our Refund Policy.

No guarantees

We do our best to run a smooth class, but we do not guarantee the site or the live session will be uninterrupted or error free. The class is educational and does not guarantee any relationship outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove your access for material breach of these terms, non payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations, including unauthorized recording or sharing.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
