1. Registration and refunds
By registering, I understand that all sales are final and my $197 registration is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. I am responsible for attending at the scheduled time. No replay will be provided.
2. Personal access
My registration is for my individual participation. I will not share my Zoom access link or allow someone else to attend using my registration.
3. Class materials and recordings
The presentation, slides, handouts, written materials, and any recording made by the organizer are the property of Fred Joe Jones Global or its applicable rights holders. I may take notes for my personal use. I will not record, livestream, photograph, copy, distribute, upload, sell, or publicly share the class or its materials without prior written permission.
4. Commercial use
I will not reproduce or closely adapt the class’s protected wording, slides, handouts, video, audio, or other original materials for my own course, book, social media content, promotion, or product without prior written permission. This does not prevent me from using general ideas I learned or creating my own original work.
5. Unauthorized use
I understand that unauthorized recording, distribution, or commercial use may result in removal from the class and may lead the organizer to seek remedies available under applicable law.
6. Electronic agreement
I agree to receive and sign this agreement electronically. By checking the agreement box, typing my full name, and signing below, I confirm that I have read and agree to these terms. I will receive a copy by email.
